Choosing mediation is an investment in your future and well-being. My transparent pricing reflects my commitment to a clear, dignified, and effective resolution process, designed to provide stability and confidence.
Investment
All mediations, whether represented by attorneys or for parties who are participating without an attorney, and for post-judgment matters, (Paternity or Dissolution of Marriage) are $300 per hour. The parties can book four (4) hours or eight (8) hour sessions. For an eight (8) hour session, a two (2) hour minium is required which is $600. For a four (4) hour session, a $300 deposit or minimum is required.
Payments
Absent a written agreement of a Court Order to the contrary, the Parties shall divide the mediation pay equally. Mediation payments are due immediately upon conclusion of the mediation session. Please note, I do not accept delayed payments or installments. All payments are to be paid electronically.
Cancellations
I understand that circumstances can change; therefore, cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $600.
